For the second year running I am taking part in the Chiltern Challenge Spring Walk, on Saturday 30th April, to help Transitions UK. The charity work with 15-25 year olds across a spectrum of need that includes; learning disabilities, mental health and emotional issues, exclusion and offending and young people leaving care. Your donation will really help them deliver the support to young people that is vital in these challenging times.
